Ingredients
2 tsp minced garlic
500g chicken mince
1 onion diced
2 tbs chopped parsley
80g @betterbeingsteph x @sneakywholefoods corn and hemp blend
1/2 cup grated zucchini
Directions
Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir.
Mould mixture into 5 patties.
In a pan cook each patty on each side (until golden) for 3 minutes.
Put patties in the oven for 15 minutes and bake.
