LOADED VEGGIE PIZZA SLICE
Base of choice (wrap, pizza base, focaccia, gluten free base)
Red or green pesto
Favourite vegies (pumpkin, tomatoes, capsicum).
Top base with red or green pesto.
Roast a heap of your favourite veggies. I used pumpkin, tomatoes, capsicum.
Add cooked chicken ( if you want a high protein version) and a sprinkling of your favourite cheese and some herbs.
Bake until golden brown,
