CHOC SALTED CARAMEL LAVA CAKE
1/2 cup dark chocolate
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp plain flour
1/4 cup@natvialiving stevia
4 tbs sugar free maple syrup
2 tbs almond butter
1/2 tsp salt
Melt coconut oil and chocolate add to a bowl.
Add all other ingredients and stir.
Spray ramekin with cooking spray.
Layer the chocolate mix then caramel mix and finish with chocolate on top.
Bake at 170 degrees celsius for 10 minutes.
