Ingredients
Cupcakes
1 1/2 cups gluten
free flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup greek or
coconut yoghurt (DF)
2 tbs@happywayau cacao powder
3/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup@lakanto monk fruit golden sweetener
1 tsp baking powder
Frosting
3/4 cup@lakanto sugar free icing powder
1 tbs@happywayau cacao powder
2 squares melted dark
chocolate
4-5 tbs almond milk
Directions
Add all ingredients
to a bowl.
Spoon mixture into 6
hole lined muffin tin.
Bake at 175 degrees
celsius for 20-25 minutes.
Top with frosting.
