Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats (blitzed to flour)
1 cup almond meal
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sugar free maple@steeves
1 cup sultanas
2 cup’s grated carrot
1 cup grated apple
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup desiccated coconut
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 eggs
Directions
Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir.
Spoon into lined muffin tin + bake at 175
degrees Celcius for 15 minutes.
