Ingredients
1 egg
2 x sachets of@avalanchecoffee sugar free caramelised white choc sachets ( or any hot choc sachets)
45 g plain flour
25g coconut sugar
2 tbs melted nuttelex (butter)
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 tbs white chocolate (for the top)
Directions
Add all ingredients to a bowl.
Pour mixture into a lined ramekin or oven safe dish.
Top with white chocolate.
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 15 -20 minutes depending on how gooey you like it on the inside.
